The 2019 annual Reading of the Sacred Texts Lecture will be held on Wednesday, March 13 (reception at 6:30 pm, lecture at 7pm) in the Dinner Board Room. Dancer Carla DeSola will be our featured speaker. Sr. Martha Kirk will introduce the speaker and moderate the Q & A following the lecture.

Barbara Green, O.P., professor of biblical studies at DSPT and GTU will present:

The GTU's 2017 Reading of the Sacred Texts features Dr. Stephen Crist who will be speaking on "The Life and Times of a Lutheran Hymn: 'Ah, Holy Jesus,' Then and Now."

The GTU's 23rd Annual Reading of the Sacred Text event features a lecture by the Venerable Thepo Rinpoche, the 8^th Thepo Tulku. The 7:00 pm lecture is preceded by a reception at 6:30.

Arthur Holder, GTU Dean, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the John Dillenberger Professor of Christian Spirituality, will speak on Religious Experience as Sacred Text at the Flora Lamson Hewlett Library's Annual Reading of the Sacred Texts.
