Race has always been inextricably connected to immigration in our society, but how does religion factor into those connections? Come and join us in a discussion on this timely topic as the Bay Area celebrates the 75th anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge and its 80,000 miles of wire that have come to symbolize the connections of space, people, and culture regionally, nationally, and globally. A renowned panel will discuss discussion the intersection of race, religion, and immigration.

Please join us for this interdisciplinary look at "The Night Sky", with references to celestial aspects of darkness and light. Three speakers will ponder "The Night Sky" through scientific, literary and visual lenses, against the backdrop of Cathy Richardson's "Dimensions of Dark" exhibition in the Doug Adams Gallery.
