The Church and the Moral and Spiritual Future of America

Church Divinity School of the Pacific (CDSP) will present "The Church and the Moral and Spiritual Future of America," a public panel discussion with its three 2013 honorary degree recipients: Sr. Simone Campbell (pictured), Bishop Mark Hollingsworth and Bonnie Anderson. CDSP President Mark Richardson will moderate the panel.

The event is free and open to the public.

A Discussion and Celebration of Youth Ministry

Research suggests that a majority of Christian youth doubt their faith, but few ever talk about it. They are often left on their own struggling with religious doubt.

Youth ministers, clergy, seminarians and laity are invited to the first Youth Ministry Celebration Day, sponsored by CDSP and the Diocese of California. Well known  speaker, Andrew Zirschky, will present his research and offer suggestions for using doubt to engage youth, followed by a panel discussion of local youth ministry leaders.
