GTU faculty members and other contributors will celebrate on the publication of their encyclopedia Asian American Religious Cultures on Thursday, October 1. The event will be held in the Dinner Boardroom in the Flora Lamson Hewlett Library beginning at 6:30.
Six years in the making, the project was spearheaded by Fumitaka Matsuoka (retired), Edmond Yee (retired), Ronald Y Nakasone, and graduate Jonathan Lee.
The Flora Lamson Hewlett Library's annual book sale will be held in Henry Mayo Newhall Plaza in front of the library from 10 am to 3 pm on Friday, September 30.
This year there is a remarkable selection of books for Masters of Divinity students. Hard cover books are $2.00; paperbacks, $1.00. A few books may be priced slightly higher. Arrive early for the best selection.
The Flora Lamson Hewlett Library will be hosting an art exhibit entitled CircumNavigators, by Christel Dillbohner and Danae Mattes from April 30 - November 15, 2015.Please join us for a reception for the artists on April 30th, 6pm-8pm with a special event, "Interval at the Atrium" at 7pm.
