November 1-3 will be the second GTU Prospective (and Admitted) Students Week, following last spring's very successful visit week during which we welcomed seventeen visitors. Prospective students may visit the GTU anytime, given enough notice, but are encouraged to schedule their visit during the Prospective Students Week, when a few additional events will be offered and when they may visit multiple classes and meet other prospective students as well.
Each morning, prospective students are welcome to have breakfast in the Third Floor Lounge of the GTU Student Services Building at 2465 LeConte. Starting the day there allows visitors to check in with the Admissions Office and get oriented to the elements of their personalized visit schedule for the day.
During the day, visitors may sit in on prearranged classes, meet with professors and current students, meet with admissions and financial aid staff, tour the GTU member schools and the University of California, Berkeley, campus, and explore our neighborhood, Berkeley, or wider around the Bay Area.
We look forward to welcoming a new group of visitors and hope that everyone around the GTU will also give a warm welcome to our prospective students!
