Local patrons have access to the 11 million items at UC-Berkeley. If you are near Berkeley, you can visit their library to check out materials and use their computers to download articles and read ebooks. If an item is available at UC-Berkeley, please visit their library rather than requesting ILL services, as they don't deliver books to us. Chat a librarian if you have questions about UC-Berkeley collections, we can help you find items.

All Interlibrary loans are subject to compliance with Title 17 Copyright Law
NOTICE WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS:
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or other reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a network of various libraries and institutions in North America that agree to loan items to one another. If the GTU Library does not have a book or periodical that you are seeking, we will ask others on the network to send a copy to us so that we may in turn loan it to you. You will be notified via e-mail when your material arrives. Materials can be picked up from the Circulation desk during open hours
